Data Center Power Distribution Panels — PCC, UPS Switchboards, PDU and RPP

Data center electrical systems are designed around concurrent maintainability and fault tolerance. PowerPanelTech engineers the low-voltage assemblies in that chain: main PCCs with dual transformer incomers and bus couplers, DG and source-transfer panels, UPS input, output and maintenance-bypass switchboards, chiller and CRAH MCCs, and white-space PDUs and remote power panels with branch circuit monitoring. Each panel is built from the consultant's SLD, redundancy topology (N+1, 2N or distributed redundant), fault level and monitoring points list. Tier classification belongs to the whole facility design; our scope is panels that support it.

Key features

  • Main PCC with dual incomers, bus coupler and source-transfer logic
  • Form 3b / Form 4b internal separation to the specification
  • UPS input, output and maintenance-bypass switchboards with interlocks
  • PDUs and remote power panels (RPP) for white-space rack rows
  • Branch circuit monitoring: current, kW, kWh and THD per circuit
  • Modbus RTU/TCP and SNMP/BACnet gateways for DCIM and BMS
  • Chiller, pump and CRAH/CRAC MCC and VFD panels
  • Factory acceptance testing with source-transfer and interlock checks

Noida and Greater Noida Data Centre Projects · FAT and Delivery Planning

Data center electrical panel manufacturer for Noida projects

Discuss Noida and Greater Noida rack-distribution, UPS switchboard and cooling MCC requirements through our Delhi NCR office. Share the campus location, site access rules and approved SLD so engineering review, transport, site attendance and commissioning responsibilities can be agreed. This coverage does not imply an office at the project location or guaranteed response or delivery times.

Data center switchgear supply for Delhi NCR

Coordinate procurement for Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida with one agreed equipment schedule. Freeze A/B independence, UPS inverter and bypass fault data, source-transfer logic, approved makes and phase allocation before selecting PCC, PDU or RPP ratings. Indian and international projects require their own local specification, voltage, frequency, installation and acceptance requirements.

Consultant and EPC review package

Define the evidence schedule: approved SLD and GA, protection coordination, rated current, Icw and duration, Ipk, neutral duty, internal separation and enclosure rating. Form 4b construction details, IP42/IP54 and a 65 kA/1 s requirement are project selections, not blanket ratings or certificates. IEC 61439 evidence must cover the actual assembly and agreed loading.

Local project scopes for quotation

Noida and Greater Noida enquiries can cover new colocation or hyperscale campus electrical packages, enterprise server-room upgrades, IT-park rack distribution, cooling-plant control upgrades and phased data centre expansions. These are procurement categories, not a list of completed PowerPanelTech projects or named customer references. Share the site name, sector, consultant, EPC contact, panel schedule and energisation target for a project-specific proposal.

Consultant-witnessed FAT inspection planning

Specify in the enquiry whether the consultant or EPC requires on-site factory witnessing or a remote review; availability, location, notice period and dates must be confirmed in the quotation. Agree the inspection and test plan, hold points and acceptance records before manufacture. Scope may include wiring and I/O checks, source-transfer inhibits, maintenance-bypass interlocks, meter CT and phase mapping, communications-loss alarms and chiller controller failover. Electrical safety tests and site acceptance remain subject to the approved procedure and order scope.

Delivery timeline and release milestones

Request separate dated milestones for drawing approval, long-lead switchgear and controller availability, fabrication and wiring, FAT readiness, punch-list closure, dispatch and site receipt. Lead time starts from the prerequisites stated in the accepted quotation, not automatically from the initial enquiry. No standard number of weeks is promised for data centre packages; the schedule depends on approved drawings, component availability, inspection requirements and phased delivery quantities. Confirm site access, unloading, storage and installation responsibilities before dispatch.

Frequently asked questions

Which data center panels does PowerPanelTech manufacture?

Main LT PCCs, DG and source-transfer panels, UPS input/output and maintenance-bypass switchboards, chiller and CRAH MCCs and VFD panels, and white-space PDUs and remote power panels with branch circuit monitoring.

Can panels be engineered for Tier III or Tier IV designs?

Yes, as part of the consultant's overall design. Tier certification applies to the complete facility; we engineer panels to the specified redundancy (N+1, 2N), concurrent maintainability, separation form and interlock philosophy.

What is the difference between a PDU and an RPP?

A PDU usually includes an isolation or step-down transformer and feeds a group of racks. An RPP is a compact distribution panel without a transformer, placed close to the rack rows to shorten branch circuits.

Can branch circuit data feed our DCIM?

Yes. Branch and feeder meters are wired to a Modbus network, and a gateway can present data over Modbus TCP, SNMP or BACnet. The register map is agreed with the DCIM or BMS integrator before fabrication.

What do you need for a quotation?

The SLD, redundancy topology, transformer and DG ratings, fault level, UPS ratings, rack-row load schedule, separation form, approved make list and the monitoring points list.
