Noida and Greater Noida Project Requirements

Discuss new colocation or hyperscale campus electrical packages, enterprise server rooms, IT-park rack distribution, cooling-plant control upgrades and phased expansions. 1. Register the consultant enquiry
Provide the project and site name, Noida or Greater Noida sector, consultant and EPC contacts, panel types and quantities, quotation due date and energisation target. The data centre enquiry form saves contact details and requirements with a reference and alerts our engineering team. Follow-up emails from the consultant can quote that reference.
2. Freeze the engineering basis
Share the approved SLD, source and UPS fault data, redundancy philosophy, rated current, Icw and duration, Ipk, separation form, neutral duty, ingress protection, approved makes and monitoring points. Identify chiller OEM safeguards, controller failover and BMS/EPMS/DCIM interfaces. Detailed proprietary BOMs and drawings remain access-controlled.
3. Agree quotation and approval responsibilities
Define engineering deliverables, supply limits, site installation and commissioning responsibilities, software licences, training and exclusions. Agree drawing-review turnaround, long-lead component approvals and the change-control process. No fixed delivery period or project rating is implied by an initial enquiry.
4. Plan consultant-witnessed FAT inspection
Request on-site factory witnessing or remote document and functional review. The inspection location, availability, notice period, date and attendees must be confirmed in the quotation. Approve the inspection and test plan, hold points, test procedures and acceptance criteria before manufacture. FAT is not a substitute for site acceptance or facility Tier certification.
5. Define FAT checks and acceptance records
Agree wiring and I/O checks, protective bonding and applicable routine verification, source-transfer inhibits, bypass interlocks, CT ratio and phase mapping, meter readings, communications-loss alarms and cooling controller failover. Use safe simulations under approved procedures; preserve OEM protections. Record test results, deviations, punch-list owners, closure evidence and consultant release.
6. Release for phased dispatch
Schedule drawing approval, component availability, fabrication, FAT readiness, punch-list closure and dispatch separately. Lead time starts from the prerequisites in the accepted quotation. Confirm packing, transport, site receipt, unloading, storage and installation ownership for each phase. Dispatch does not establish commissioning or site acceptance.
Consultant handover package
Request the agreed as-built drawing register, settings records, meter and communication maps, FAT reports, operation manuals and outstanding site checks. Supply approved document versions and an acceptance responsibility matrix; do not treat a generic checklist as verification of the actual assembly.
