Agree the engineering deliverables

The submittal should include a general arrangement, single-line diagram, control schematics, feeder and protection schedule, BOM with catalogue numbers, terminal plan and cable-entry details. Record comments through controlled revisions and freeze interfaces before manufacture.

Verify the assembly design

For low-voltage assemblies, specify the applicable parts of IS/IEC 61439 and request design-verification evidence relevant to the proposed system. A component certificate alone does not verify the complete assembly.
