Engineering Depth, Not Just Assembly

Anyone can bolt components into an enclosure. The difference shows in the engineering: is the MCCB sized to 1.25 times full load current, is the contactor rated for AC3 duty, is the busbar verified for the actual fault level, and does the protection grade correctly with the upstream device? Ask to see a sample calculation set before you place an order.

Standards Coverage

For international work you need a manufacturer that works natively in IEC — IEC 61439 for LT assemblies and IEC 62271-200 for medium voltage — and can adapt to local utility specifications on top of that.

Single-Source MV and LT

When one team engineers the 11kV switchgear, the transformer interface and the LT distribution, the protection grading, metering scheme and drawing set are consistent. Splitting the scope across suppliers usually costs more in coordination than it saves in unit price.

Documentation Discipline

Ask what arrives with the panel: general arrangement drawings, schematics, bill of materials with makes and part numbers, routine test reports, protection settings, and an operation and maintenance manual. In our experience documentation quality predicts commissioning speed more reliably than anything else.

Approved Makes List

A serious manufacturer builds to your approved makes list rather than pushing whatever is in stock. We work with Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens, Lauritz Knudsen and C&S Electric components.

Capacity and Lead Time Honesty

Ask for a staged dispatch plan on large orders so critical sections reach site first. A supplier who commits to an unrealistic single delivery date is usually the one who slips.

Support After Dispatch

Installation and commissioning documentation, remote engineering support, spares availability and the ability to depute an engineer to site where the project warrants it.
